Terms & Conditions
- The "Not just another trading competition" is open to new and existing clients who have a minimum of $50 USD (or currency equivalent) in their live account with DigitalinvestPro. Clients will be trading against each other individually or as a team for the final cumulative grand prize of $300,000 USD in trading funds.
- This competition will take place on both MT4 and MT5 platforms.
- Clients who sign up to digitalinvestpro.com and who completes registration as well as deposits a minimum of 50 USD, are automatically entered into the competition.
- Individual contestants: These are individual persons who have a live trading account with DigitalinvestPro and who deposits the minimum of 50 USD. In the instance that any individuals are disqualified owing to abusive trading behaviours, DigitalinvestPro reserves the right to withhold the winnings or to select the next best performer.
- Group contestants: Groups consist of between 2 to 4 persons, each of whom has their own live trading accounts and who has deposited the minimum of 50 USD.
- In order to participate as a group, the MT4 account IDs of each
participant must be submitted to support@digitalinvestpro.com at
least 24
hours in advance of each round along with a team name. Each
individual
will then be competing for the group prize and will not be counted
for
the individual category.
Eg. Dear DigitalinvestPro, the following MT4 accounts are in the group category for the competition:

The name of our group is xxxxxxx
- Note that each member within one group must be using the same Metatrader version. E.g. they must all be trading on MT4 or they must all be trading on MT5.
- In the situation that any or all competing groups are disqualified owing to abusive trading behaviours (see clauses 14 and 22), DigitalinvestProreserves the right to withhold any winnings or to select the next best performer.
- Scoring: The competition leaderboard for both individual and group contests will be updated on this web page: digitalinvestpro.com
- The Dates: There will be three qualifying rounds, each lasting
approximately two weeks, plus a final round lasting approximately 2
months. The dates are as follows:
Round 1: Tuesday, 25 June 00:01 EET - Tuesday 8, July 23:59 EET
Round 2: Tuesday, 30 July 00:01 EET - Monday, 12 August 23:59 EET

- Withdrawals are not allowed for the duration of each round. Any trader who withdraws during the competition rounds will be automatically exempt from the leaderboard.
- The Prizes: Each round offers a total of $20k prize money, to be
evenly
distributed between the top winner of 5 categories as shown in the
table:

- Calculation of ROI for new clients:
(Ending_equity_USD-Gross_Deposit_USD-Starting_equity_USD)/(Gross_Deposit_USD+Starting_equity_USD)*100
- The winning funds allocated for the first three rounds, total $60,000 USD. They will be deposited into the trading account/s of the winner/s and will be non-withdrawable. Traders will be able to withdraw any profit acquired from trading these funds.
- The Final Grand Prize Round: The final round will consist of the top five qualifiers from each category in rounds 1, 2 and 3. This will result in 45 Individuals & 30 Teams. It will run for a duration of approximately two months. The top winning individual and the top winning group will each win $150,000 USD in non-withdrawable trading funds. That's a total of $300,000 USD in non-withdrawable trading funds.
- The winning funds allocated for the final round total $300,000. They will be deposited into the trading accounts of the winners, and will be non-withdrawable. Any profit generated from trading these funds can be withdrawn.
- This competition is an offering of DigitalinvestPro Ltd which is incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) as an International Business Company with the registration number 24986 IBC 2018, and registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and Grenadines, 2009, in particular but not exclusively all commercial, financial, lending, borrowing, trading, service activities and the participation in other enterprises as well as to provide brokerage, training and managed account services in currencies, commodities, indexes, CFD's and leveraged financial instruments.
- "Not another trading competition" is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the present document and subject to all existing DigitalinvestPro' terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions
- All clients will be required to open a separate live account and with a minimum of $50 in their account are eligible to participate in the competition. By registering, opening a live account with DigitalinvestPro, the trader is acknowledging that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Offer.
- This Offer is NOT eligible to the USA or OFAC countries.
- The minimum deposit to apply for the Offer is USD 50 or currency equivalent.
- This Offer is limited to one (1) account per Client and per IP address only, regardless of the numbers of accounts held by the client.
- Receiving any prize money, makes you ineligible for receiving additional prize money. Meaning, if you win any of the five categories during any of the three qualifying rounds, you may not win again in any of the qualifying rounds. However, if you win during any of the qualifying rounds, you will still be eligible for the final grand prize.
- The English version of this document shall supersede in the incidence of any discrepancy in the terms of this Offer, once translated into other languages.
- Any pre-qualifying contest winnings deposited into the client account, are withdrawable.
- If DigitalinvestPro suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has
abused
or attempted to abuse the terms of this Offer or any other Offer
presented by DigitalinvestPro, or has acted in bad faith, DigitalinvestPro reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold, withdraw or
terminate from that Client the Offer and, if necessary:
- to withhold, cancel and subtract from that Client's account(s)
- to terminate that Client's access to services provided by DigitalinvestPro and/or terminate the contract between DigitalinvestPro and the Client for the provision of services
- to block that Client's Account(s) (however, save it where
otherwise required by a relevant authority) and to arrange
for
the transfer of any unused balance, less the Offer amount as
well as any profits which the Company deems to have been
gained
via Abusive Behavior, to the Client. Where Abusive Behavior
includes but is not limited to
- Where a Client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/ Affiliate/ Money Manager) established a trading position or positions which have the purpose or effect of extracting the Credit provided and/ or profits generated by the Offer, without exposure to economic risk, including without limitation loss of the Offer or the Client's capital (or the capital of others).
- Where the Client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/ Affiliate/ Money Manager) hedges his positions, including without limitation, holding open position(s) in one direction, including by way of illustration only, single or correlated currencies, at given periods, internally (using other trading accounts held with DigitalinvestPro) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers).
- It is important that Eligible Clients are aware that their risks are not limited to their deposit(s) and that by making a qualifying trade it is possible to lose more than their deposit. In some circumstances, losses may be considerably more than any initial or minimum deposit.
- DigitalinvestPro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, amend or terminate the Offer, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the dates of the competition?
Will users be notified during the competition?
- No notifications will be sent to the participants. Instead, we will have a leaderboard so participants can measure their own progress against others. The leaderboard will be updated daily.
How do the teams work?
- Teams should be between 2 to 4 persons, each of whom has their own individual and KYC-approved trading account. In order to participate as a group, the wallet IDs of each participant must be submitted to support@digitalinvestpro.com Each individual will then be competing for the group prize and will not be counted for the individual category.
What is the starting balance for the competition?
- 50 USD per participating account.
Can I win in every round?
- Each individual can only win once and participants can only participate in one category. Teams can compete in more than one round. Winners of each round will compete in the final round.
Is this a live competition and can I withdraw the funds?
- This live trading competition allows you to trade on all instruments we offer. The prize funds are non-withdrawable, but you can withdraw any profit earned from trading the winnings.
Are we allowing EA or scalping allowed in this competition?
- Yes EA are permitted in the competition and scalping is allowed but not encouraged, there are no holding time limits on trades.
What are the trading conditions of the competition?
- Normal trading conditions apply for the competition. There is no minimum or maximum volume or number of trades. Check the trading conditions page for more information on 'normal' trading conditions. No accounts with a deposit bonus will be eligible to participate. The competition is available to holders of all account types.
